When searching for a new home on a limited budget, you have to look for possibilities that aren’t immediately there if your dream house is to be created within an existing framework. In our case, we were primarily drawn to the location and the fact that the house was set back on the plot, giving the feeling of stepping into a little oasis. However, the house itself was far from meeting our dreams and needs. When we first saw it, it was hard to imagine that there would be enough space for our small family.
